Meet Alfredo, originally from Mexico, is one of our Foreman with 20 years of construction experience. A lifelong learner, he has previously served as a superintendent in the public works sector, focusing on tenant improvement projects.
Known for his positivity and versatility in construction, his favorite project at Perez is one in the Mission, featuring large windows and a kitchen ideal for entertaining.
Alfredo comes from a close-knit family and expresses deep love and respect for his parents and upbringing. He has one son, whom he misses due to distance. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym and exploring new places. He unwinds with good food, music, and long talks with close friends.
