Clemente thrives in an industry where the learning never stops. As Lead Carpenter, he combines precision and skill — with the table saw and chopsaw as his tools of choice — to bring complex builds to life. His favorite Perez project to date was in the Richmond District, where the intricate details of the build challenged and showcased the full depth of his expertise.
Outside of work, Clemente is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. Originally from Mexico and one of seven siblings, family is at the core of who he is. Known for his warm spirit and sense of fairness, he treats everyone as an equal and is always the first to stand up for others.
