Meet Everson, Owner and CEO behind Perez Construction, epitomizing our motto - "families serving families." Everson is a proud product of the San Francisco public school system, graduating from Everett Middle School, Mission High School, and SF State with a BBA in Business Management.
As soon as he was old enough to get his contractor’s license, he pursued it and started Perez Construction with the vision to serve as a platform to develop Latino leaders to serve their families, communities, and companies. He is making his dream come true by establishing our company as the premier high-end residential remodeling company in San Francisco.
After work, you'll find him unwinding with family walks, playing soccer with his son and embarking on family road trips, embracing the unplugged moments. Everson's journey is not just about construction; it's about building a legacy of family, fun, and unforgettable stories.
