Meet Kathia, Everson’s sister and our Project Coordinator, responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are managed smoothly on our projects. Kathia is responsible for coordinating all the fixtures and finishes procurement, scheduling inspections, and all other back office project admin.
With a keen attention to details and compassionate leadership skills, Kathia makes sure that everything runs smoothly on all our projects. Ever the multitasker, she even hand-delivers daily lunches made by her mother, Doris, to our crew on job sites. Kathia is loyal beyond compare, a confident decision maker with a can-do attitude and team building at the forefront. She is eager to learn new operational tasks both in the office and on the field.
When she's not in the office, she's a devoted single mom to her son Tiago. You'll often catch her at the zoo or the park, soaking up precious moments with her son and on weekends, she’s camping and laughing 'til it hurts.
