Matt Yee

Meet Matt, an SF-native and Foreman at Perez Construction, known for bringing a team-first spirit to every project.
Matt is a Mission High alum (like Everson), and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Management from San Jose State. Matt brings over a decade of construction experience, and this is his fourth year as a Foreman. He credits his father—who taught himself construction from an English book, even though he didn’t speak the language—with his love for this craft and he sees him as an inspiration.
Married to wife Winnie, a teacher with SFUSD, Matt is excited to welcome their first child this September. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, nature, and time with family—always finding moments to reflect and recharge.
