Meet Monica Reynoso, Project Coordinator and a San Francisco native whose family immigrated from Mexico, making her a proud first-generation American.
Monica brings a well-rounded foundation to her role, having co-owned a residential redevelopment company and worked as a licensed California real estate agent from 2017 to 2025. Her hands-on experience managing renovations, from budget adherence to quality results, gives her a sharp eye for every phase of a project. What drives her is the privilege of turning an idea into a space where people feel truly at home.
Outside of work, Monica recharges through hiking, reading, and quality time with family and friends. A neighborhood walk is her reset button, and her favorite project to date — the 2026 SF Decorator Showcase — perfectly reflects her passion for creative excellence and seeing every detail contribute to the bigger picture.
