Meet Rocio, she handles all aspects of marketing and communications at Perez Construction. Equipped with a Bachelor's in Advertising Communication and a Master's in Commercial and Editorial Photography from the prestigious Academy of Art University, she's not your average marketer and genuinely stands out in the field.
A true entrepreneur, she and her husband successfully owned and operated a thriving boutique style bicycle shop named Cykel in the Northbeach neighborhood for six years. In this venture, she played a pivotal role in Marketing, Bookkeeping, and curated the art adorning the walls. A seasoned board member, she's served on eight directors' boards for two different organizations, and prior to joining our team, she drove the Marketing efforts at a top-notch interior design firm.
Juggling it all, this Dominican dynamo is mom to two lively boys, ages 10 & 6, and a proud dog mom to Ava Darlin', a quirky English bulldog. With a heart attuned to music and a past professional career in Flamenco dance, she exudes a powerful and refined presence at our company.
