Families Serving Families

Our company motto is “Families Serving Families” – and that is exactly what we are. The company was officially incorporated in 2017 but our work experience goes back decades.

Company History

Perez Construction was officially founded in 2017, but in reality, it had been active for over a decade in San Francisco. Everson’s father, Pedro Perez, had been working as a subcontractor in SF since 2001, and sending money back to the family in Honduras. Everson, his mother, and his four younger siblings moved to San Francisco in 2006. Everson attended Everett Middle School and Mission High School, where he served as Captain of the varsity soccer team.

In 2015, Everson graduated from San Francisco State University, with a degree in Business Management, and became a DREAMer. Despite having opportunities to work at numerous big corporations, Everson decided to stay and support his family in construction, with the goal of eventually building Perez Construction into the top high-end residential remodeling company in San Francisco.

WHO WE ARE

Perez Construction is a family owned and run business. The team includes Everson’s father, brother, sister, and members of his Church. The company also has a close network of trusted subcontractors. Between our full time employees and subcontractors, Perez Construction is currently supporting over 30 families here in San Francisco.

Everson is married to his high school sweetheart, Jocelyn. They have a 5-year old son, Caleb, and a 1-year old daughter, Eden. Outside of work, Everson mentors high school students and volunteers through his Church. In his free time, Everson likes to fish, play soccer, and explore nature.

Our Commitment to Giving Back

Giving back to the Latino community

Despite Latinos comprising the vast majority of construction laborers in San Francisco, Perez Construction is one of only a few high-end GCs in the city that is 100% Latino-owned. As such, we are committed to giving back to the Latino community and supporting other Latino leaders in construction, so they too can transition from being laborers to owners of their own businesses.

Sustainability

We are proud to be part of the Building Decarbonization Coalition and recognized as a leader in pushing for environmentally sustainable remodeling practices.

Our Logo

Our logo reflects our motto, “Families Serving Families.” The logo is a representation of the families that have come before us, laying the foundation for the success and reputation we enjoy today. It also symbolizes our commitment to future generations, who will build upon this legacy of excellence and carry it forward. The four uniquely shaped tiles within our logo represent the four key parties involved in all our construction projects: the builder, the architect, the interior designer, and the homeowner. Each of these parties brings their unique expertise and perspective to the collaboration, working together to create stunning finished projects. Overall, our new logo is a visual representation of the values that drive us and the relationships we hold dear.

Our Family of Experts

  • When Everson says "He is a man of his word and will take care of you," this is 100% true. Once the projects were finished, we were overwhelmingly pleased with the finished product.

  • They were creative in finding solutions to fit our needs, professional and warm in our interactions, and went above and beyond to make sure we loved the final product. We particularly appreciated getting daily updates and photos, and their prompt responses to any questions or outreach. They also finished the project efficiently and on time, even with additional tasks added during the project. We love the finished product, which better meets our family’s needs and optimized the space.

  • Connor, Everson, and the rest of the team are so professional, from having a first virtual call explaining the process, to using an online tool to give us daily updates, including pictures of the progress, to doing a final walkthrough of the property to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. They took our vision and made it a reality, and made suggestions along the way. This was a small project for them but there was no lack of professionalism and quality delivered.

  • They were always willing to work, supportive with the City of SF permissions, and communicative with any suggestions they had. Everson & his team were always very respectful & clean - that's something I truly appreciate.

  • During our 9-month project, we got an update on progress almost every single day, even on those rare occasions when no one was on site. Their use of modern project management tools made it easy to see progress, ask questions, and record any changes. They responded to every one of my fussy, pedantic inquiries within hours, and were always willing to change things (even completed work) to do what was best for the final project. I never felt like was being nickel-and-dimed for small changes, or over-charged for any of the components.

  • Great communication and quality work. Also, has a great personality, very patient, easy to talk to and explained everything that was happening so we knew what was going on. We have dealt with some really bad contractors and this was completely the opposite.

  • We were in great hands with Everson’s team at Perez Construction. They were with us every step of the way, and helped us problem solve tough permitting and structural issues in SF. Their workmanship was high quality and they worked with us on every detail, from tiles to trim. The project was on time.

  • Throughout every step of the process, Everson & his entire crew were friendly, proactive and went the extra mile to make sure everything turned out as I hoped. I I can't recommend them highly enough, and will definitely use them again for future remodels.

Perez Gives Back

Perez Construction stays active and involved in the communities in which we work. Since many of us were supported by local nonprofits when we were growing up in the city, we do our best to give back to support the next generation.
