We had the pleasure of transforming a Bernal Heights home for a wonderful family that was seeking to add more space and functionality to their daily lives. The project involved a full excavation and significant structural work, resulting in an entirely new living floor below the house (800+ sq ft) and an open-concept kitchen upstairs. To ensure high-quality cabinetry, we partnered with FORM Kitchens, a San Francisco-based startup, and the results were outstanding. The homeowners also added their own personal touch to the remodel, incorporating a playful wallpaper in the powder room and a custom tile pattern in the entryway. Despite the project taking 12 months to complete, the homeowners were so satisfied with our work that they brought us back a few months later to redo their backyard as well!
