The homeowner titled this top-floor condo in the Castro remodel project “A Love Letter to Marin”. Our client is an avid cyclist and obsessed with all things Marin, including the trails, nature, and views. He wanted to redesign his two bathrooms as an homage to biking in Marin, and we were excited to bring his vision to life.

We brought on designer Lesley Ray, who took photos and videos from his favorite bike trails and used the colors, patterns, and shapes to embody the region throughout the year. The result was stunning: one bathroom reflected "Marin in the Summer," while the other embodied "Marin in the Winter." The final love letter to the North Bay read: "Dearest North Bay - From your dimpled ridges to your affectionate valleys, we revel in your beauty all year long. It is with our utmost admiration that we strive to capture your essence - in the vibrant summer months and the foggy winter season."
Although it was a smaller project, with just two bathroom remodels and some miscellaneous interior and exterior work, it was one of our most memorable and enjoyable collaborations. We take pride in delivering results that meet and exceed our clients' expectations, and this project is no exception. It was an honor to be a part of creating such a unique and meaningful space for our client.
