This four-story Mission District residence underwent a complete interior transformation that redefined San Francisco luxury living. Partnering with Daniel Pho of PHO Architects, we gutted the home and reimagined its layout to create an open, functional flow while incorporating a dedicated office and spa-inspired steam shower. The result is a modern sanctuary that exemplifies thoughtful, contemporary design.

Daniel's exceptional attention to detail elevated every surface of this home. Highlights include custom European cabinetry from Artezia, a striking wine wall built from the ground up, and intricate stone and tile work spanning multiple bathrooms. From handleless kitchen cabinetry to coordinated matte black fixtures and seamless walnut flooring throughout, every element reflects intentional design choices. Daniel's meticulous vision challenged our team to execute at the highest level—a collaboration we're excited to continue.
This eighteen-month project reinforced an essential principle: finalizing design details before construction begins maintains project momentum.
