Introducing "Glen Park Modern Oasis," a stunning residential remodeling project brought to life by Perez Construction in collaboration with interior designer, Melanie Love and her talented team at Love and Interiors. This project, a testament to thoughtful design, seamless teamwork and meticulous planning, was a dream come true for our wonderful clients—a family of four who sought to transform their Glen Park residence into a contemporary, yet comfortable haven.

The project began with a recommendation from a happy client in Bernal Heights, the client's previous neighborhood. The homeowners entrusted Perez Construction to breathe new life into their new home in Glen Park, addressing dated kitchen and bathrooms that lacked personality, warmth and functional storage.
Collaborating with Love and Interiors, our team embarked on this journey in early 2022. Construction commenced in January 2023 and was successfully completed in May 2023, a testament to our unwavering commitment to both timeline and budget while ensuring quality craftsmanship. "Glen Park Modern Oasis" stands as a true testament to Perez Construction's dedication to crafting high-end residences that exceed client expectations and make them truly feel at home.
