After acquiring the building in 2022, our clients aimed to create a forever home for their expanding family, with plenty of space for extended family to visit. Construction began in July 2023, and after ten months of intensive work (and the birth of their new baby), we completed the project in May 2024, realizing their vision.
Drawing from their love for Chicago, the homeowners incorporated nods to the Windy City throughout the residence, including the iconic Chicago flag on the garage door. Bold kitchen colors complement the timeless, neutral aesthetic. Notable highlights include intricate flooring and the restoration of historical details. We're proud of our collaboration and innovative solutions that ensured the project's success.
