Millwork, Tile & Craft | SF Decorator Showcase 2026

#SanFrancisco #InteriorDesign #SFDecoratorShowcase

Phase 2 of the Aubrey Maxwell × Perez Construction series at the 2026 San Francisco Decorator Showcase turns the camera toward the work itself — the millwork, the tile, the cabinetry, and the quiet problem-solving behind a room that looks effortless.

The upstairs den presented a challenge: sloped attic ceilings, unusable corners, and west-facing light that deserved to be opened up. The solution became the signature of the space — a wall of custom cabinetry by SnakeCraft that turns dead space into warm, functional storage, wrapping into a sculpted fireplace clad in handmade Zellige tile in a deep juniper glaze.

In the adjoining bathroom, curves from the den carry through in the architecture of the shower, clad floor-to-ceiling in a vertical ochre finger tile from McIntyre Tile in Sonoma — a material that hugs the curves and moves with the light.

Featuring Robbie Maxwell of Aubrey Maxwell, the team at Perez Construction, and cabinetry by Jake at SnakeCraft.

Location: 2315 Broadway, Pacific Heights, San Francisco.
