For 47 years, the San Francisco Decorator Showcase has transformed a landmark home into a living canvas for the Bay Area's top designers and builders — raising over $21 million for students at San Francisco University High School along the way.

This year, Aubrey Maxwell and Perez Construction return to the Showcase as creative partners, bringing a shared commitment to craft, community, and design that responds to the architecture, the light, and the spirit of the house.

"The Chapel" is the first chapter in our documentary series capturing the making of Phase 1 — a look at the people, the partnership, and the craftsmanship behind the room.
