Perez Construction is thrilled to once again be participating in the San Francisco Decorator Showcase. This year's Showcase house is 2898 Broadway, located at the top of Pacific Heights. Commissioned in 1899 by his father Duane Bliss, Architect Walter D. Bliss designed this magnificent home in Dutch Colonial Revival style which has panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay from the Golden Gate Bridge to Alcatraz Island.
Perez Construction will be partnering with designer Chantal Lamberto on the main kitchen and Marsh & Clark on the adjoining bathroom.
